Traditional Inaugural Saturday JOM is Down Open Thread

Let's open up a thread here in case any JOMers are having withdrawal pains while we are locked out from commenting there.

IT'S SUNDAY MORNING IN THE BLOGOSPHERE: JOM Comments are back up.

25 comments:

  1. So TM put up a new post, but comments are still locked. Email didn't work, Twitter didn't work...maybe I need to do this.

  2. What, no comments yet?

Surprising to see that our esteemed host at JOM has put up a new thread without noticing that comments have been locked out since 12:57 P.M.(EDT). Even the new thread has the comments function shut down.

What's a perennially 'behind in catching up' follower to do but finally catch up?

Oh well, thanks for putting this up anyways, Jeff.

  3. lol ... Was getting the JOM shakes. This is a good enough fix. Thanks Jeff.

TM is going to look at his top post tomorrow morning and wonder where his peanut gallery has gone.

  4. TM seems a might slow in reflecting upon the potential wisdom found in the comments section. There's a new post up but comments are still closed.

  5. This comment system doesn't like me.

I'm hearing that if Hillary wins by less than 25, Rubio is giving a victory speech tonight.

  8. If Jeff promises never to feature a NYT column, this could be the place.

  9. TM put up a note at the top of the latest post acknowledging that the Comments are down. Typepad issue - he's trying to get it fixed.

    1. Yes. They want you and me to get along like we did in the Voltive Candle days.

      I'm up for it.

      Threadkiller.

  15. Pamela Geller's typepad site's suffering from the same non-commentability.

  16. TM is aware the comments aren't working, I guess there's nothing he can do about it. Think of all the wisdom that will never reach the masses.

  17. I had to close my tabs with JOM posts that were open. I kept clicking them to refresh out of habit. :(

  18. Not sure who that idiot at 10:16 was.

SC Democrat primary turnout down some 30% from 2008. By my reckoning, from 535,000 to 368,000, or thereabouts. Even though Hillary got 73.5% of the vote, she got nearly 10% fewer votes than Obama got in 2008. Stick a fork in her.

  19. I'd pay to see Hillary! get forked.
Even the folks in 'Cleoville are reluctant to speak her name. Three Bernie yard signs and zilch for Cankles.

  20. Twitter has been on a rampage for/against all things Trump so that's kept me busy today.
