Patriotism-challenged

Let’s quote Obama once again from yesterday:

If we think that we can use the same partisan playbook where we just challenge our opponent's patriotism to win an election, then the American people will lose.

Let’s take a look at Obama greeting veterans after his speech:

Obama

Well. Obama’s righteous indignation at the thought that someone would challenge his patriotism should be aimed at this guy:

“Shortly after 9/11, particularly because as we're talking about the Iraq War, [wearing a flag pin] became a substitute for I think true patriotism"

Look at the picture again. Because according to Obama in his speech yesterday, this guy is putting us on a path where the American people will lose.

MORE: John at Powerline plays “find the hidden attack on Obama’s patriotism” in McCain’s speech to the VFW the day before to which Obama was obviously referring. And he comes up empty-handed. Read John’s post -- and remember, any time Obama goes after McCain, Consider the Source.
